A monthly newsletter providing comprehensive reporting and analysis of legal filings, settlements, state and federal court decisions (unpublished, published, reported and unreported), legislative and regulatory decisions and industry conferences of interest to Maryland’s labor and employment law attorneys and human resource professionals.

Subscription Special - Subscriptions are $189 (state sales tax will be added at checkout) for a one-year subscription. For that price, subscribers will receive 12 print issues of at least 16 pages. Full text copies of unreported opinions are available for an additional fee. Full text copies of the employment law complaints filed in federal and Maryland circuit court jurisdictions including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County and Howard County are reported on in each issue and are available at a nominal extra charge.

Subscriptions sent via post office will incur an additional shipping and handling charge of $29.50 per one-year subscription.
